The all new TP5/TP5x is built better from cover to cover, featuring TaylorMade's microcoating technology and an updated five-layer construction with a Tour Flight dimple pattern. Experience tighter dispersion, more ball speed, added distance and the ultimate greenside control.

A more precise and controlled application of paint creates TaylorMade's most consistent outer layer in a ball yet. Microcoating limits paint pooling to maximize the aerodynamics of the dimple pattern. The new TP5 will have a more repeatable ball flight with a tighter dispersion.

The newly updated five-layer construction is the largest core to date, decreasing contact time resulting in more energy retention and faster ball speeds on high swing-speed shots. New thinner mantle layers with new material compositions refine the speed gradient and fine tune spin throughout flight. A thinner more durable cast urethane cover pinches against the hardest outer mantle layer and the club face for high spin around the greens.

A Tour Flight Dimple Pattern minimizes air turbulence, optimizing the lift to drag ratio for a lower more penetrating ball flight. Improved dimple shaping eliminates ballooning for a more consistent and predictable ball flight.

TP5 offers lower compression, lower launch, and more wedge spin to help improve your short game-ultimately, TP5 retains more energy at impact, which results in faster ball speeds and more distance at the top of your bag.

The TaylorMade TP5 Pix Golf Balls feature new Clear Path Alignment. A longer center line and additional color contrast are designed to give the golfer easier alignment and better feedback compared to prior designs.

New Five-Layer Construction:

TaylorMade's largest core to date with new thinner mantle layers and a thinner, more durable urethane cover for high spin around the greens.

Microcoating Technology:

A revolutionary microcoating process which ensures an ultrathin, even application of paint across the entire surface of the golf ball.

Tour Flight Dimple Pattern:

This dimple pattern is designed to increase aero which results in greater carry distances by reducing drag in the assent and producing a steeper and faster descent for greater overall distance.
