Delivery With A 1 Hour Window Slot
For your convenience with delivery, you can provide us with your UK mobile contact number through our checkout, so that when your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive a free SMS text update advising you of a time for your delivery within a 1 hour window slot, making our deliveries easier.
FAQ's On Deliveries
When Do Deliveries Take Place?
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8am - 8pm with the exception of Saturday delivery services where goods will be delivered between 8am - 5pm. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.
Can I Have My Goods Delivered To A Different Address?
On first time orders all UK deliveries can be delivered to your home or alternative business address. For returning customers goods can be delivered to any requested alternative address.
What If I Am Out When The Courier Makes An Attempted Delivery?
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office. If you have any problems with delivery please email our customer service team.
Delivery Service Cut Off Times
Orders must be placed by 5pm from Monday to Thursday, for delivery the following day on our Next Working Day delivery service (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).
Please note that orders placed on Fridays before 5pm with our Next Working Day delivery service, the delivery will be made on the following Monday (excludes deliveries during bank holidays).
Orders can be placed up to 5pm on Friday, for delivery on Saturday with our Saturday delivery service. Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Working Day service will arrive on Tuesday.
VAT Exempt Sales Information
If your residence is free from UK VAT, the correct amount will automatically be deducted from your basket before an order is processed. The current legislation allows every customer who lives in the Channel Islands to be VAT exempt.
