Our trade in experts are fully trained to provide accurate market rate valuations and will be able to assist you in correctly grading the condition of your clubs, based on our
Condition Guides. Before obtaining a quote and valuation for your clubs, please ensure the condition is not classed as 'Unacceptable'.
To obtain an accurate valuation for your clubs, our team will require information about the condition as well the full specification, including: manufacturer, model, dexterity, loft, set combination, shaft, grip, headcover - plus any custom fit options i.e. length, lie angle, grip thickness etc.
Whilst we offer valuations for most golf clubs, not all equipment will be eligible for a trade in. Certain brands, characteristics or conditions may not be accepted and our team will be able to advise you of any clubs this applies to.
From start to finish, the process can take up to 7 working days from the time you accept the valuation. This includes the time taken to arrange a FREE return of your clubs, verify the condition and process your new order with the trade in credit.
If your golf clubs do not meet the condition grade as confirmed on the trade in quote, we will notify you with a revised valuation for your approval. If the revised valuation is not acceptable, we will charge a shipping cost of £4.99 to return your clubs.
When your quote has been verified, our team will contact you to confirm the acceptance of your returned clubs and assist you in processing your new order with the trade in credit. The trade in credit must be redeemed in one single transaction.
