1Consultation & Model Selection
One of our PGA professional club fitters will start with an initial short consultation to help better understand your game and agree how we can improve it through our custom fitting process. During this phase, you can browse the showroom featuring all the latest new clubs from leading brands, to help you narrow down the selection of your preferred equipment. Our club fitters are fully trained and have a vast amount of knowledge that will be applied to ensure the right choice is made. The fitter will select the recommended clubs that they believe will bring you a significant improvement over your existing clubs.
2Club Testing & Analyse Readings
After your consultation, you will be taken to one of our custom fitting bays where you can start to warm up. For the first part of your specification, our club fitter will capture your static measurements confirming your height and the distance between your hands and the ground. You will then begin by hitting some shots that will give your fitter important club data to analyse. Fitters are equipped with ball flight monitor technology to help you find the best performing clubs for your game. With your readings, the fitter will determine the best model and head options, including settings like loft and lie angle.
3Shaft Choice & Grip Selection
We are proud to offer one of the largest selections of shaft choice for all the leading brands. From an extensive range of standard stock shafts to exotic options, your fitter will recommend a few shaft options based on your swing data. To enhance performance, you will then test the chosen shaft options to ensure that the correct shaft is confirmed as part of the fitting process. Moving onto the grip selection, you will then be able to test the thickness that matches your hand measurements or personal preference. We offer a variety of grip options with many textures for all brands, to ensure we get the best grip for your new clubs.
4Full Specification & Final Review
Once the custom fitting process has been completed, you can relax and the fitter will present you with all the information. This will include the club selection we recommend, specifications and pricing as per our website. Should you decide to purchase on the day, we will process your order and collect payment. We will also refund the custom fitting fee. The club fitter will provide an estimated timescale along with follow-up communication once the supplier confirms the build time. You will be given the option to either collect your new clubs or have them delivered to your preferred address.

With an extensive choice of male and female equipment, we cater for both right handed and left handed players. Whilst not all manufactures offer every option in left handed, we can fit for the majority of left handed options available.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to walk in and get fitted at our custom fitting centres in Warrington without booking an appointment. We operate strictly on an appointment only basis and recommend all customers who are interested in getting custom fit to book one of our fitting packages.
At our retail golf store & custom fitting centre in Manchester, you can walk in and get fitted subject to availability. However, to guarantee a suitable timeslot we recommend to book in advance.

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. Should you need to change or cancel your booking, you can do this through the booking system via your email confirmation. Please note, bookings can only be rescheduled to a different date or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. The fitting fee will not be refunded for any appointments cancelled within this period.

If you are looking to upgrade your current clubs, we recommend bringing them along to your custom fitting appointment. This allows our club fitters to analyse valuable data and optimise the fitting of new equipment, helping achieve maximum improvement in your game. You should also bring your clean pair of golf shoes and a glove, if you wear one. Please aim to arrive slightly early for your appointment so you can be fully prepared for when we begin.

When Is The Fitting Fee Refunded?
Fitting fees are refundable against a purchase of custom fit equipment and will be refunded in full based on a purchase that is equivalent to its respective package. Should you decide not to purchase on the day, your club specifications and contact details are kept on file if you choose to purchase at a later date. Please note, the fitting fee is only refundable within 7 days from your appointment date.

Due to the professional evaluation and fitting experience with one of our club fitters, we cannot offer a price match guarantee. This includes any discount codes or promotions from other retailers. The prices of custom fit equipment are available on our website, along with any shaft and grip upcharges. Our final prices will be calculated as per the website, which will include any of our own discounts such as multibuys or offers such as gift with purchase.

At all of our locations, we accept Credit & Debit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and most other major providers. Cash payments are only accepted at our custom fitting centre in Warrington and our retail golf store in Manchester, along with our Finance service.
