Stewart Warranty Information

Stewart are proud of the care and attention that they put into building every Stewart Golf trolley. Stewart make sure each trolley they make comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

In the rare eventuality that a warranty fault occurs during the relevant period then Stewart Golf shall at their own expense and within reasonable time repair or, at their option, replace the goods or such parts as are defective or otherwise remedy such defect.

All of Stewart's batteries are covered by a two-year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. Loss of battery performance owing to external damage (howsoever caused), misuse and/or abuse, incorrect charging or other failures not attributable to a manufacturing defect are specifically excluded from this warranty.

The trolley battery must only be charged only with the charger supplied by Stewart Golf and the charging instructions must be followed exactly. The handset battery must only be charged only with the USB charging cable supplied by Stewart Golf and the charging instructions must be followed exactly.

What is the promotion?

For purchases between 06/04/26 – 17/05/26 (inclusive), customers who purchase a qualifying Stewart Golf trolley will receive a Bushnell Golf voucher to redeem on the Bushnell UK website.

Which Stewart Golf products qualify?

The promotion applies to new purchases of the Stewart Golf Q Follow, Q Follow Carbon Range or Stewart Golf VERTX Remote.

What reward do I receive?

Q Follow purchases receive a £399.00 Bushnell Golf voucher.
VERTX purchases receive a £279.00 Bushnell Golf voucher.

How do I receive my voucher?

You must submit proof of purchase on the Stewart Golf website. Once validated, your code will be emailed to you.

When will I receive my voucher?

Voucher codes are sent no earlier than 14 days after your trolley purchase.

Where can I redeem my voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed on the Bushnell Golf UK website.

Can I use the voucher on any Bushnell Golf product?

The voucher can be used on eligible Bushnell Golf products. If the item costs more than the voucher value, you can pay the difference.

What if I spend less than the voucher amount?

The voucher is a single use code so if you spend less than the voucher value you will not be able to use it again.

How long is my voucher valid?

Vouchers expire 6 weeks after the promotion ends (on or before 28.06.2026).

Can I transfer my voucher, or get a cash alternative?

No. Vouchers are single-use and non-transferable. The voucher has no cash value.

What happens if I return my trolley?

If you redeem your voucher and then return the trolley, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.

What's the return process if I don't redeem my voucher?

If you haven’t used your voucher, you will be entitled to a full refund and your code will be cancelled. This is subject to confirmation from Bushnell that the code has not been used.

Can the promotion end early?

Yes. Stewart Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time. Valid vouchers already issued remain redeemable until expiry.
