We strive to give all our customers complete satisfaction with goods and services purchased from Clubhouse Golf Direct. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within our policy in exactly the same condition as received, with all labels attached, unused and in a resaleable condition (see Terms & Conditions). This allows you to purchase goods in complete confidence, with the knowledge that you can exchange goods or credited/refunded, it's your choice.

Extended Returns

All purchases made between the 15th October to 23rd December qualify for our extended Christmas returns policy. Items purchased during this period can be returned up to 16th of January for an exchange or credit note to the value of goods. The extended returns does not provide an extension to the refund policy, the standard terms and conditions for refund still apply, listed under 'Conditions Of Refunds'. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as received, unused and in a resalable condition. Custom fit equipment or personalised items do not qualify for our extended returns.

How To Return Unwanted Goods

If you are returning goods for exchange or credit/refund, please package your goods safely and securely and use the original packaging. There are a number of ways to return items back to us and we recommend the following options:

Independently Returning Items By Post:

If you are independently returning items we recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items.

Please Note: We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on the way from you to us.

DPD UK Mainland Drop Off Return Service:

We can now provide all our UK mainland customers a pre-paid DPD drop off return service from £5.99 on parcels up to 5KG in weight with limited volumetric sizes. This is a convenient and new service that allows you to drop off your parcel 7 days a week within a network of over 3000 nationwide convenience shops such as Londis, Spar, Costcutter, Premier, One Stop, Co-Operative, Nisa Local & more! With a growing network of drop off destinations there are currently 80% of drop off shops within 2 miles and 93.5% within 5 miles allowing you to drop off your parcel at a convenient time that suits you.

Please Note: This service carries a maximum insurance cover of £50 per parcel. If the value of your return item(s) is greater, this service can only be used at the risk to the sender not Clubhouse Golf.

5 Simple Steps For The DPD Drop Off Return Service:

Step 1 - Contact our returns department on 0845 375 1716 to setup your return and process your £5.99 return charge.

Step 2 - You will receive a DPD email complete with your pre-paid return label and a list of your nearest local drop off destinations with a route finder if needed.

Step 3 - Drop your parcel at a local store where it will be collected by our courier.

Step 4 - The parcel is then returned back to us with 3-5 working days with full tracking data available.

Step 5 - Upon receipt of your parcel we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Please Note: To speed up the process for all returns please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.

Independent Drop Off To Our Returns Warehouse:

In order to enhance our customer services any customer who is prepared to travel to our warehouse for any of the following are welcome. Faulty Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Credit Notes. Subject to T&C's below.

For all exchange drop-off returns, you will need to notify us of your return by email or by calling us on 0845 375 1716.

If you are dropping off your goods for exchange we will be able to process the exchange on the day (Monday-Friday between 9.30am & 5pm. (excluding Bank Holidays, Saturday & Sundays). If there are any stock issues on new goods we will process your return and forward the new items via our courier service.

Please Note: The independent drop-off exchange service is an exchange for collection service only. There are no retail store services available.

If you are dropping off new goods for a refund you will be given a return confirmation slip and the return will be processed through our standard returns for refund process subject to our T&C's. Any faulty goods can be dropped off and left with us for inspection and forward to the relevant supplier for resolve. Please note: we are unable to resolve any faulty complaints on the same day as the goods are dropped off, our standard faulty goods return process applies.

Please Note: Order amendments and changes that include cancellations of orders are subject to our terms & conditions. Once your request has been received we will forward you conformation for your records.

Procedure Of Notification

This is an email service only, using only the following email address: stating your intention to return eligible products that meet the terms and conditions and guidelines listed online for a full refund. Once your email has sent you have a reasonable time to post the goods back at your cost to the address that is listed on your invoice. Goods must be received back no latter that two working days after the day of your notification email.

Conditions Of Refunds

Upon receipt of your original order commencing the very next day you have a 14-day period to notify us that you wish to return eligible products for a refund. This period includes weekends and bank holidays. Please note: the refund policy only applies to the original purchase and does not cover exchanges that fall outside the refund terms and conditions. (Exchanges are not a new contract of purchase) Exchanges that are returned within our exchange policy will be issued with a credit note less any postage charges that have been incurred by our company relating to the original request for exchange.

Return For Exchange Or Credit Note

We offer a 28 day exchange or credit note return from the date of order. Any items you wish to return for size or style must be received back no later than the 28 days. Alternatively we offer a return for credit note which will be issued upon return to the value of the goods that can later be used to purchase online or by mail order.

All items returned must be in the exact condition as received, with all labels attached and in the original packaging, the items must not contain any outside odours which includes the odour from cigarette smoking. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will either be returned back or possibly allocated a credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods online or by mail order.

Incorrect Order & Faulty Goods

In the event we have made an error and sent you an incorrect order or a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on our Local Call Rate 0845 375 1716. Once we are notified we can advise you of the return procedure. If your fault develops within 28 days of purchase on large items we will arrange a third party collection and smaller goods we require them to be returned using the Royal Mail service. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will deliver the replacement to you on a express service. Any faulty products after reported 28-days from invoice date cannot be collected and are covered only by the CRTBW (customer return to base warranty). We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items with adequate insurance cover on all returns.

Please Note: All faulty items must be received back to us within the manufactures warranty period that is allocated to each specific product.

Please Note: We unfortunately cannot accept returns that are purchased online for a refund that are brought back to our warehouse/store in person. Due to our returns processing and procedures returns will only be accepted by post that are booked in from couriers.

Exchanges may in certain circumstances be taken to our warehouse which is subject to prior authorisation and stock availability. Please call our sales team or email us giving the full details of your request including original purchase details.

Terms & Conditions

Please Note: All items returned must be in the exact condition as received and in the original packaging, this includes the odour from cigarette smoking. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will either be returned back or possibly allocated a credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods online or by mail order.

Please Note: Clubhouse Golf holds no liability (Outside of normal warranty given by the manufacture) with regard to the return of any wood, purchased by a consumer which currently confirms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.

Please Note: The threshold for free delivery as per our terms and conditions is £30. All concluded orders that meet this figure are eligible for standard free UK shipping. If any items are returned for a refund/exchange from any order which has received free shipping the refunded amount will be taken in to account to ensure that the remaining order value still exceeds the free shipping qualification. If any refund/exchange brings the final order total below the free shipping threshold the relevant postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Any order that falls short of the free shipping exemption will be charged back to the customer and deducted off the refunded amount.

Please Note: All Goods returned with a request for exchange that are only eligible for an exchange (Out Of Refund Qualification) will be returned back to you at our expense. This service only covers exchanges on the original order if the goods are received back within 28-days of purchase date for one exchange only and are subject to our standard UK Mainland delivery rate service. Any Purchases made that have received free delivery (UK Mainland) will also qualify. Any orders outside the UK or none UK Mainland or orders that have received discounted shipping rates will be subject to the return shipping charge being applied at the website shipping rates. If any items are allocated a credit note postage will be charged against the redemption unless the order exceeds our free shipping rates as per our tariff.

Please Note: Upon our receipt of your returned items the refund process will commence. Refunds are made direct back to the original payment method as per your order and can take up to 7 days from our receipt of the goods.
