When Do Deliveries Take Place?

Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8.00AM - 5.30PM with the exception of Saturday Delivery Services where goods will be delivered between 8.00AM - 5.00PM. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.

Can I Have My Goods Delivered To A Different Address?

On first time orders all UK deliveries can be delivered to your home or alternative business address. For returning customers goods can be delivered to any requested alternative address.

Can I Request Special Delivery Instructions?

At the point of checkout there is a special section in shipping and handling which allows you to leave a special delivery instruction e.g. "if out leave with a neighbour". Please note this service is also available on mail order phone sales, please ensure that the request is made to the sales advisor.

What If I Am Out When The Courier Makes An Attempt Delivery?

If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office. If you have any problems with delivery please email our customer service team on tracking@clubhousegolf.co.uk.

All delivery prices account for 1 shipment of 1 parcel only. For orders being delivered that are outside the maximum consignment per box you will be contacted by our sales team for and additional delivery charge to cover the increased delivery cost for you order.

International Orders Information

Due to the increasing worry of internet fraud we now require proof of card ownership for all new Non UK Orders. For both your security and ours we require a form of proof of address before we can ship any new Non UK Orders. (this does not apply to existing customers). Once you have placed an order if you could kindly send over this proof of address in the form of either a Household Utility Bill, Phone Bill or ID Card, with the name and address of the customer the order is being shipped to on file. It can be either emailed to sales@clubhousegolf.co.uk or faxed to 0044 161 250 0405.

VAT Exempt Sales Information

If your residence is Free from chargeable VAT we will automatically deduct the VAT from your purchase once an order has been processed and paid for including VAT. The current legislation allows every customer who lives in Norway, Switzerland and the Channel Islands, VAT Exempt.

Non Listed Delivery Area's

If your country or requested destination is not listed in the delivery section please contact our customer service team via or email to sales@clubhousegolf.co.uk where we can price delivery to the requested destination.

Late Deliveries

When a customer has paid for next day delivery and the delivery date has failed to be met, Clubhouse Golf Direct will refund 50% of the actual shipping cost charged to the customer. Please note this only applies to next day delivery orders that a eligible as per our terms and conditions.
