TaylorMade Golf Select-Fit System:

We are pleased to announce that we now have the new TaylorMade Golf Select-Fit Custom Fitting System, allowing us to provide the best possible custom fit experience for TaylorMade Golf Irons and TaylorMade Golf Woods. The Select-Fit System holds all the driver heads with different lofts, all the iron heads with different lies and all the combinations of shafts available. With so many options available it is essential that we test and pin point the correct setup for you.

Firstly our PGA Professional club fitter we fully assess your swing and golfing capabilities to narrow down and recommend certain styles of clubs from the range to suit your game best. With the use of our Smart Golf Simulator and Launch Monitor we test and assess each club type that has been recommended so that the system identifies the correct club head for you with the use of all the features listed below in the Simulator section. Once the head type has been selected the shaft fitting process takes place. The fitter and launch monitor data will instantly identify the correct flex of the shaft to test. The system will assess your swing, flight path, trajectory, distance and consistency, from the data collected the fitted will be able to pinpoint and recommend certain shaft types to test. From a series of tests and the features of the system you will be able to see which shaft type is giving you the best performance in terms of better distance, consistent trajectory and consistent ball dispersion.

When shaft option and head type is determined the traditional static custom fit measurements are carried out. This provides you with the correct lie angle, loft angle, shaft length, and grip size. The final outcome will be a custom fitting that has provided you with the correct shaft, head type and measurements to enhance your performance and provide you with the correct set of irons to suit your game.

Static Custom Fit Measurements:

Once we have determined the correct shaft and club head to suit you game, we then test and look at your static measurements so that we can get the clubs built around your individual size. We take 3 key measurements which are club head lie angle, club length and grip size. Once we have determined these correctly the clubs will be individually built for you to your exact requirement.


Golf Simulator And Pure Flight Launch Monitor:

When custom fitting and testing golf clubs the Smart Golf Simulator & Pure Flight launch Monitor is the perfect system in which to do this as there are many exciting features geared up to providing you with the best possible information & data along with accurate visuals so that you can see what’s working for you:

The simulator offers different settings for custom fitting using the range mode for woods or even hitting off the tee on the golf course. When using any of the following clubs; fairway clubs, rescues, hybrid , irons we can use the variable distance setting hitting to a green with a flag-stick for total fitting accuracy.

Using Our pure flight monitor allows us to get a true PTR (percentage transfer ratio) for each shot. This PTR is a percentage which calculates and measures the effectiveness of the clubs Sweet spot, shaft type and consistency. This system if vital in pinpointing which shaft and club head is giving the best possible performance as the higher the PTR the better as the shaft and club head is giving you more distance, better trajectory and more consistency.
