Ping G20 Fairway Woods... Faster Ball Velocity

The Ping G20 Fairway Wood features a large, 17-4 stainless steel head and face, designed to increase the MOI to maintain consistent ball speeds across the hitting surface. Getting the ball airborne and adding yards is what all golfers look for in their fairway wood. With the Ping G20, that is easy. A low-deep CG and external weighting produces a high launch and optimal spin for long, straight results. Face height is optimised in the Ping G20 Fairway Wood to offer a visually appealing, forgiving option from the fairway to tee.

External weighting locates the CG low and back to produce high launch and optimal spin for long, straight results. You can optimize your ball flight by choosing either the higher-launching TFC 169F shaft or the TFC 169F Tour version for a lower trajectory.

The large, 17-4 stainless steel head and variable-thickness face increase the MOI to maintain high ball speeds that are consistent across the hitting surface. This enables you to hit the ball far and straight, even on mis-hits. Golfers have the option of either the higher-launching TFC 169F or the TFC 169F Tour version for a lower trajectory.

*Easily gets the ball airborne and adds yards with a low-deep center of gravity by creating low spin with a much higher launch.

*Perimeter weighting and a slightly larger face raises the moment of inertia, ensuring a stable clubhead and faster ball velocity for maintaining distance.

*With a larger front-to-back and heel-to-toe, the G20 fairway wood sets up neutral at address and rotates square at impact.

*The PING TFC 169 Shaft is a high balance shaft heavier in the butt end to make the clubhead feel lighter. It also features progressive weight, flex, and torsion profiles to increase clubhead speed for maximum distance while providing optimal launch conditions for superior control, consistency and feel. Tour version promotes lower trajectory.
