We strive to give all our customers complete peace of mind and satisfaction with all goods purchased from Clubhouse Golf Direct. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with a product purchased, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund. Please read below for a complete breakdown of conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Upon placemnet of the order you have a strict 10 day period to return it for a refund.

Goods returned under the Refund Policy must be received back to us no later than the 10th day after order. The following products are not issued with a refund under any circumstances: special order items, custom fitted equipment and gift vouchers.

Please Note: All items returned must be in the exact condition as received. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will only be allocated a credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods online or by mail order.

Easy Returns

Unwanted goods must be returned at your cost to the address that is on the purchase invoice, clearly stating your full name and address including your postcode and contactable telephone number. In the event we have made an error and sent you an incorrect order or a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on helpline on 0845 375 1716. Once we are notified we can advise you of the return procedure, we will cover the cost of the return postage. On large items we will arrange a third party collection and smaller goods we require them to be returned using the Royal Mail service. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will deliver the replacement to you on a next day service. Reporting faulty products after 28-days from invoice date can not be collected and are covered only by our CRTBW (customer return to base warranty) We strongly recommend that you use a reputable carrier using a signed for service with adequate insurance cover on all returns.
