Q. How Do I Purchase A Product Online?

A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Select the correct product options you require - Click, the Add to Cart button. Here you are taken directly to the Shopping Cart page. If you wish to go directly to the checkout, click checkout. If you wish to continue shopping, click continue. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select checkout. Then in step 1 select the invoice country i.e.. UK, Denmark etc.., if you require a different delivery address tick the box. Click Next and fill in your personal details, tick the box next to Terms & Conditions. Then select the type of shipping you require. Please note for UK orders different delivery tariffs are available depending upon the location of shipping i.e. UK Mainland, Northern Ireland (see delivery information). Click Next. You now have the option to which payment method you wish to use - either Credit/Debit Card Payments via World-Pay or American Express Payments Only option, both can be used by anyone. Select your choice and click next. Press next again and you will be taken to the selected payment providers page. Enter your details, and your order is complete. Q. Can I Place An Order Over The Phone & Are The Prices The Same As Online?

A. Yes you can place an order over the phone and all the prices are exactly the same as processing an order via the internet. Feel free to call one of our fully trained golf experts on 0845 375 1716. We accept all payment cards over the phone on our secure lines.

Q. What Is The Live Help Service & Can I Order Goods Via It?

A. Our Live Help service is a great way to get instant answers from one of our PGA Professional Staff. Whether you require information on a certain product, need specific information or want to check the availability of an item one of our PGA Professional Operators will be happy to assist you with instant answers. You can also place an order via the Live Help Service if you wish as it is 100% Secure and McAfee Tested, all prices are the same as online and you will be given a sales reference number after an order has been completed. Please Note the Live Help Service is not for order tracking.

Q. Does The Price Of The Goods Include VAT?

A. We keep a large stock holding in our new state of the art warehouse/distribution centre, ensuring that 99% of items are In Stock so that we can offer same day dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to inform you of a very small delay.

Q. How Long Does Delivery Take?

A. We work hard to dispatch 99% of all orders on the same day to ensure the quickest delivery time. There is a range of different delivery services available that you can select in the checkout process. See Delivery Information for full list delivery services.

Q. Does Clubhouse Golf Deliver Outside The UK?

A. We are pleased to announce that we offer fast efficient delivery to European destinations at competitive delivery rates. All our European deliveries are sent on a secure insured service. Please see Delivery Information for full list of European delivery services.

Q. Are Goods Shipped On A Secure Insured Service?

A. All our goods are sent out on a 100% Secure Insured Service for total peace of mind should there be any problems with delivery.

Q. When Do Deliveries Take Place?

A. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8.00AM - 5.30PM with the exception of Saturday Delivery Services where goods will be delivered between 8.00AM - 5.00PM. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.

Q. What If I Am Out When The Courier Tries To Deliver?

A. If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office. If you have any problems with delivery please email our tracking team on tracking@clubhousegolf.co.uk .

Q. How Long Is Delivery For Custom Fitted Equipment?

A. We offer a large range of custom fit options throughout our equipment section. All standard options are held in stock. If custom fit options are selected delivery can take around 5-10 working days as the clubs are fully built in the manufactures factory to ensure products of the highest standard and 100% satisfaction.

Q. I Have A Problem With An Order Or Want To Know Delivery Time?

Q. How Can I Track My Order Or Delivery?

A. You can track the status of your order or delivery by emailing our Customer Service Team on tracking@clubhousegolf.co.uk where one of our staff will reply with the current status of the order.

Q. I Have Made An Error On My Order, How Do I Change It?

A. Provided that we have not yet processed and shipped your order, changes can be made if need be. Please call our Customer Service Team on 0845 375 1716 or email to sales@clubhousegolf.co.uk where one of our staff can change the requirements of your order.

Q. How Do I Return An Item?

A. If you wish to return an item you will need to download a Returns Form by clicking on the Order/Returns Forms section within the Customer Service Area. For Instructions on how to return the item please see the Easy Returns section.

Q. Has My Returned Item Arrived Yet?

A. Our returns are processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. If it is for exchange without any price difference then the new goods will be immediately shipped back out for you within the day. If there are any faulty goods returns, outstanding payments, credits or refunds to be made you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team. If you have heard nothing in around 4-5 working days of your expected delivery back to our warehouse please contact or chase up the delivery status with your courier or shipper. Please Note - Credits & Refunds can take up to 7 Working days to clear.
